When onboarding you as a new client, we need to make sure that we understand your challenges and your demands before starting on the recruitment journey to ensure we deliver the best results for your company. Our process is as follow:

Step 1: Initial briefing


Our main focus is to clearly understand your business strengths, challenges and ambitions. Our consultants aim to understand your business context and talent demand and provide some initial consultation in terms of how the external talent landscape looks like for the specific role(s) your organisation is looking to hire for.

Step 2: Craft your story


To communicate effectively and inspire the right talent, each organisation needs a story. A story is not limited to a Job Description with a long list of roles and responsibilities. Rather, a well-crafted story will help external talent understand your organisation’s vision, values, and journey. The role brief is embedded within this story so talent can truly see how the role is integrated into the broader business’ agenda. Together, we will build that pitching story as well as align on the key criteria so that you can attract the right talent with the right motivation.

Step 3: Sourcing and interviewing


Activating our expansive network of seasoned consultants and partners across the world, we will begin identifying the right talentand submit batches of candidates for your review every 7 days until you identify the right fit. Before we send any profiles to your organization, you can rest assured that we have spoken with the candidates, understand their motivations and have evaluated their suitability for your organization based on our understanding in Steps 1 and 2. Our consultants use a combination of behavioral-based interviews and exploratory questioning techniques to make sure we cover all aspects in the candidates’ professional track records and career goals.

Step 4: Offer management


Once you have identified the right talent fit for your organization, we will be your partner throughout the offer management process to ensure smooth collaboration between the candidates and your organization. Throughout the negotiation process, we will be fair and transparent to both sides about each other’s feedback and thoughts so that all parties can make the most informed decision.

With candidates

Step 1: Initial exploration


The focus of our first conversation is to explore your motivation, your track record and to share insights with you regarding the opportunity that we are approaching you with. Throughout the call, we will also be sharing the business context and provide initial market information related to the role and industries you are considering.

Step 2: Further briefing


After our initial discussion, we will send you a more detailed email with information on the roles and the organizations. When you decide to move forward and begin discussions with our clients, we will officially represent you in the process.

 

Step 3: Manage candidates’ experience


Within 2-3 days after receiving your updated CV and confirmation of interest in the position(s), we present your updated profile to the clients. We proactively follow up with the organizations to ensure feedback is conveyed to you in a timely manner. If the organization is also interested in your profile and background, our consultants will organize the interviews and facilitate clear feedback between both parties.

Step 4: Offer management


We act as the facilitator in the offer management process between you and the organization. In many cases, we will represent the organization to deliver and explain to you their offer. We will understand your feedback and share it back with the organization so that they can decide on whether to adjust the offer. Throughout the negotiation process, we will be fair and transparent to both sides about each other’s feedback and thoughts so that all parties can make the most informed decision.
